Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of CHEAPPAY's platform, services, mobile applications, and websites (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our Services.
Services Description
CHEAPPAY provides the following services:
- • Virtual and physical payment cards linked to cryptocurrency wallets
- • Mobile wallet for managing digital assets
- • AI-powered financial assistant for transaction insights
- • Fee-less micropayments through x402 protocol integration
- • Crypto-to-fiat conversion at point of sale
Eligibility
To use CHEAPPAY, you must:
- • Be at least 18 years of age
- • Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
- • Not be located in a prohibited jurisdiction
- • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction
- • Complete any required identity verification (KYC) processes
- • Not have been previously banned or suspended from using our Services
Account Responsibilities
When you create an account with CHEAPPAY, you agree to:
- • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
- • Maintain the security of your wallet and private keys
- • Keep your login credentials confidential
- • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
- • Accept full responsibility for all activities under your account
- • Not share your account with others
IMPORTANT: CHEAPPAY uses non-custodial wallet technology. You are solely responsible for maintaining your private keys. We cannot recover lost keys or access your funds.
Prohibited Activities
You may not use CHEAPPAY to:
- • Engage in illegal activities or money laundering
- • Violate any laws or regulations
- • Infringe on intellectual property rights
- • Transmit malicious code or viruses
- • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- • Manipulate or interfere with the Services
- • Use the Services for fraudulent purposes
- • Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
Fees and Payments
CHEAPPAY may charge fees for certain services:
- • Transaction fees for card payments (displayed before confirmation)
- • Currency conversion fees for crypto-to-fiat exchanges
- • Physical card issuance and delivery fees
- • Premium features and AI assistant upgrades
All fees will be clearly disclosed before you complete a transaction. Blockchain network fees (gas fees) are determined by the respective blockchain and are not controlled by CHEAPPAY.
Risks and Disclaimers
You acknowledge and accept the following risks:
- • Cryptocurrency prices are volatile and can result in significant losses
- • Blockchain transactions are irreversible once confirmed
- • Network congestion may cause transaction delays
- • Regulatory changes may affect service availability
- • Lost private keys cannot be recovered
CHEAPPAY PROVIDES SERVICES "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOSSES DUE TO MARKET VOLATILITY, USER ERROR, OR THIRD-PARTY ACTIONS.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CHEAPPAY and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, data loss, or service interruptions. Our total liability for any claims shall not exceed the fees you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for violations of these Terms, suspicious activity, or as required by law. You may close your account at any time by following the account closure process in the app. Upon termination, your right to use the Services immediately ceases.
Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international laws for cryptocurrency services. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
You agree to resolve any disputes individually and waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits.
Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or through the app. Your continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using the Services.
